Delete your account & data
- In the app (recommended): open Me → Delete Account, confirm the dialog, and your account plus all associated learning data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers.
- By email: write to support@han100.app from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request and confirm completion within a reasonable period.
Deletion removes your profile, learning progress, exercise records, review cards, check-in history, purchase records and AI conversation history. It cannot be undone.
1. Information we collect
To provide our learning service, we collect the following information when you register and use the app:
- Account details — email address and nickname.
- Learning records — course progress, exercise results, check-ins and XP.
- Basic technical data — information needed to keep the service secure and stable.
We do not collect sensitive personal information unrelated to the service. Voice recordings used for speaking practice are sent for speech recognition and are not stored after processing.
2. How we use information
The information we collect is used only to: provide and maintain the learning features, generate your learning progress and review reminders, and improve course content and product experience. We will not use your personal information for purposes beyond this policy or sell it to any third party without your consent.
3. Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We protect your information with encrypted transmission and access controls, and delete it promptly once the retention period ends or after you delete your account. While we work hard to protect your data, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
4. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services (such as AI conversation services, app store payments, and cloud infrastructure). These services process your data only to the extent necessary and are governed by their own privacy policies. We never provide third parties with more information than necessary.
5. Your rights
You may view and edit your profile at any time in the app. To correct, export or delete your personal data, or to delete your account, use the in-app Me → Delete Account option or contact us at support@han100.app. We will respond to and handle your request within a reasonable period.
6. Children's privacy
Han100 is intended for learners aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
